Blueberry pancakes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Adding blueberries to even the most ordinary pancakes will make them much more interesting. If you want the batter to have a unique color, you can slightly crush the berries. Keep in mind, though, that the top layer will still turn brown during cooking. However, whole blueberries look better and provide a more interesting flavor. The amount of sugar depends on the tartness of the berries, so it's best to adjust it to your taste. Serve with tea or coffee.

Step 2

Pour milk into a bowl and crack an egg into it.

Step 3

Add the sugar.

Step 4

Add salt.

Step 5

Pour the butter into a bowl. Mix well until smooth and the crystals are dissolved.

Mix the wheat flour with the baking powder and sift it into the dairy mixture, then stir until a smooth batter forms. Add the blueberries and mix.
