Blueberry cookies
Description
Blueberries are a very delicate fruit, so at first I hesitated to add them to cookies, thinking the result wouldn't be great. But I was wrong! When combined with shortcrust pastry, blueberry cookies turn out very fragrant and delicious, and the berries retain their juiciness. For making these blueberry cookies, I also added a bit of strawberry to the dough. Serve with tea or coffee.

You can drizzle the finished blueberry cookies with icing or serve them plain with tea or coffee.
