
Blueberry-lavender honey
Description

1. Take ready-made blueberry, lime, and lavender sauce, or prepare it by simmering for 10 minutes over low heat: 12 parts grated blueberries, 2 parts water, 1 part sugar, 1 part lime juice, finely grated zest of 2 limes, and half a teaspoon of lavender oil.

2. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Stir constantly and bring to a boil. Once the syrup becomes clear, remove the saucepan from the heat.

3. Pour ice into a one-liter pitcher. If your ice cubes are too large, break them into smaller pieces.
