Blueberry casserole

120 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Be sure to make this casserole during berry season. You can leave half of the berries whole instead of pureeing all of them. Use cottage cheese of any fat content, but preferably full-fat and smooth. Adjust sugar to taste, and add vanilla for extra flavor. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
