Chokecherry cake

Description

First, bring the milk to a boil and pour it over the chokeberry, letting it steep for about 2 hours while stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, mix the sugar with the egg until it turns white, then add the chokeberry mixture and stir well. Add flour and baking powder, then knead the dough until smooth and not too thick. Divide the dough into two parts and bake the layers one at a time at 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes. For the cream, whip sour cream with sugar. Spread the cream over the first cake layer, place the second layer on top, then cover the entire cake with more cream. Decorate as desired. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
