Wild garlic for winter
Description
A simple way to put food by for later. Here is how to preserve wild garlic for winter at home. I rinse the young wild garlic shoots under cold water, then drop them into boiling salted water and cook until tender. After that, I transfer the wild garlic together with the liquid into sterilized jars, adding vinegar. I seal the jars tightly and turn them upside down until they have cooled completely. I store the preserves in a cool pantry. Good luck. Serve at the table or keep in the pantry.
