Description

The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. I don't need cakes or desserts—nothing tastes better to me than these wonderful flatbreads with their delicate filling. Today, I'll be sharing a recipe for chepalgash. This amazing dish from the Chechen Republic has become such a favorite with me and my family that we now make it every weekend, whenever we have the time. The preparation process itself is very interesting and involves several steps: first, frying the flatbreads in a pan, then rinsing them in water, and finally soaking them generously with butter. Overall, making this classic chepalgash recipe goes by quickly and leaves unforgettable impressions.

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, place the prepared filling in the center of each part, and pinch the edges together so that the filling is completely enclosed inside.
