Chamberlain sauce
Description
Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. This sauce is very simple and fairly fast to make. In the original recipe, you need to remove the stems and skins from the tomatoes. To do this, cut out the stem and make a small cross-shaped incision in that area. Dip the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, then immediately transfer them to cold water. However, if the skin doesn't bother you or if the tomatoes have very thin skin, you can skip this step. This sauce goes well with meat, vegetable, and pasta dishes. This recipe yields approximately 1.5 liters of sauce. The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
