Lentils with pork in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I'm increasingly cooking with lentils, as it's a very healthy product that contains no fat and is perfect for those watching their figure or following a diet. Pumpkin is also very beneficial and can be cooked in any way—boiled, fried, stewed, or preserved. As for pork, its taste and benefits go without saying. Step 3

Once the meat and lentils are cooked, mix them again and let the dish rest for another 10 minutes. While the lentils and pork are finishing, wash the pumpkin, cut it in half, remove the seeds from the inside, and place 2-3 small pieces of butter into it. Then, spoon the lentil, pork, and vegetable mixture into the pumpkin. Top with chopped fresh herbs or a little broth from the multicooker pot. The dish is ready!
