The recipe won't take much time. For making chebureks you can use not only chicken mince, but also pork or pork‑beef. The main thing — be sure to add water so that the chebureks turn out juicy and tasty.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the water into the bowl, add salt and pour in the vegetable oil.

Add the flour.

Knead the dough and let it rest for now.

Add salt and pepper to the ground meat.

Add the minced onion there as well and mix everything very well. To keep the chebureks juicy, pour 50 ml of water into the filling and mix it again.
