
Chebureki with apples
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Apple chebureki turn out very juicy, aromatic, and appetizing. Even picky children who do not like eating these fruits fresh will gladly eat them. Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use apples of any variety.

Pour sifted wheat flour into a deep bowl. Make a well in it and crack in a chicken egg, pour in water, and add salt and baking soda.

Knead a firm dough and cover it with plastic wrap; leave it for 15 minutes to activate the gluten.

Cut the apples in half and remove the seed cores. Rinse them and grate the flesh into a deep bowl. Add granulated sugar there as well and stir.

Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each piece into a round sheet, dusting with flour. Spread part of the filling in a thin layer along the edge of the rolled-out sheet and smooth it out.

Moisten the edges with water and seal them together, removing the air inside. Use a fork to make decorative indentations along the edges, dipping the fork in flour.

Heat the vegetable oil in a high-sided frying pan or a cauldron, place the prepared chebureks in it, and fry for 2 minutes on each side, reducing the heat to medium.

Place the hot chebureki on a plate and serve. Fry the remaining prepared pieces in the same way. Don’t forget to brew some fragrant tea.
