Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all ingredients according to the list.
- 2
Step 2

Sift all the flour, add the salt and sugar. Mix everything with a spoon or a whisk.
- 3
Step 3

Pour all the mineral water into the flour mixture and add the vegetable oil.
- 4
Step 4

First mix all the ingredients with a spoon, then start kneading with your hands. In the end you should get a soft dough that does not stick to your hands.
- 5
Step 5

Coarsely grate the suluguni on a grater.
- 6
Step 6

Divide all the dough into several (8–10) equal parts.
- 7
Step 7

Roll each piece into a round, thin flatbread, and spread 2–3 tablespoons of grated cheese over one half of the flatbread.
- 8
Step 8

Cover the cheese filling with the second piece of dough and seal the edges of the future cheburek with a fork. Right away, prepare the rest of the cheburek blanks as well for convenience.
- 9
Step 9

In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil and fry the chebureki on both sides until bubbles form and they turn a golden, appetising crust.
- 10
Step 10

Serve the finished chebureki with suluguni straight to the table while they are still piping hot.
