Chebureki with juicy filling
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chebureki are cooked in a large amount of oil, so they're unhealthy for your figure, but it's very hard to resist such a treat, especially when they're freshly made, hot, with a golden and crispy crust. And if you're going to spoil your figure, you might as well do it deliciously. Besides the crispy dough, the juicy filling is also important. Chebureki can be eaten hot or cold; you can serve them with a vegetable sauce or simply drizzle with ketchup.
