Meat chebureki in a frying pan
Description
Delicious pastries for the whole family. You can use any minced meat for the chebureki that you prefer most. The chebureki will turn out just as tasty with beef, chicken, lamb, or turkey filling. To make the filling juicier, you can add more onion, pour in a little ice water, and also add some herbs — dill, parsley, or cilantro will perfectly complement it with their aroma. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
