Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. For making chebureks you can use any meat. The main thing — it should have layers of lard, only then the chebureks will be juicy. If the meat is without lard, be sure to add ice‑cold water to the minced meat. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Pour water into the bowl, add salt.

    Stir and add sifted wheat flour.

    Knead the dough by hand. It should be like the dough for vareniki.
