Meat Chebureki
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Originally, chebureki were made with chopped meat filling (usually lamb), but nowadays classic chebureki are made with ground meat and various spicy or mild seasonings. Sometimes chebureki are also prepared with cheese, eggs, vegetables, and herbs. I suggest the classic version, which can be served with tea or coffee.

Step 2

For the dough, mix half of the flour, salt, and sugar, thoroughly blending the dry ingredients. Then make a small indentation in the center, crack 1 egg into it, and pour in the water. Mix well until smooth and uniform.

Step 3

While the mixture is still quite liquid, pour in the sunflower oil and mix thoroughly again.

Fold the second half of the dough without filling over, and seal the edges with a fork.

Step 8

Fry the chebureki in well-heated sunflower oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
