Description

The baking is simple and quick. Chebureki with sausage are a very easy and fast, I'd even say a lazy, baked dish. It's extremely simple to prepare, especially if you have ready-made dough on hand. You can also use store-bought puff pastry, which comes in very convenient sheets. It bakes just as quickly and easily. My kids squeal with delight whenever I make this simple yet delicious snack.     Roll out the dough. Spread ketchup on exactly half of the resulting sheet.

    Place the sausage or ham.

    Spread mayonnaise.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese.

    Fold the cheburek in half and seal the edges. You can cut it in half with a knife (as I did). Press along the edges with a fork.
