
Chebureki with turkey
Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. Turkey chebureks are the best way to gather the whole family at the table. For the filling, use turkey mince—a healthy and tasty product. Making chebureks is a laborious task, but the main thing here is to knead the dough, and they fry very quickly—so it’s worth it. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients for making turkey chebureks.

For the dough, mix water, salt, and sifted flour.

Knead a firm dough, knead for 3-4 minutes. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes, covered with a towel.

For the filling, mix turkey mince, salt, black pepper to taste, and finely chopped onion.

Divide the dough into 5–6 pieces, roll out each one, and add the filling.

Pinch the edges of the chebureks with your fingers first, then you can run a fork over them.

Fry the chebureks on both sides in heated vegetable oil. In the hot oil, bubbles will also form on the chebureks.
