Lamb chebureki on boiled dough
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. I want to share an excellent recipe. Can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Put water (1 cup) in a saucepan on the stove.
- 2
Step 2
Mix the sifted flour and salt.
- 3
Step 3
When the water boils, add vegetable oil to it and pour it into the flour. Mix vigorously.
- 4
Step 4
Knead the dough well until it is no longer sticky, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 5
Step 5
Grind the meat using a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion. I grate it on a grater or chop it with a blender.
- 6
Step 6
Mix the onion with the meat. Salt and pepper to taste.
- 7
Step 7
Divide the dough into 8 parts. Roll out very thinly.
- 8
Step 8
Place the filling on half of the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Fold the dough over, seal the edges with a fork. Let the prepared chebureki rest for 10 minutes.
- 9
Step 9
Pour frying oil into a large skillet and heat it thoroughly. Place chebureki one at a time into the oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
- 10
Step 10
Place the finished chebureki on a paper towel so they can release excess fat.
- 11
Step 11
Serve hot.
