Break an egg into a bowl, add 300 ml of water and salt, and beat everything together. Gradually start adding flour and knead the dough.

It should turn out fairly firm and elastic, wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

We wash the meat under water and cut it into small cubes.

Grind the meat pieces using a meat grinder or blender.

Peel the onion and chop finely, then add to the minced meat.

Now pour in 50 ml of broth, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything thoroughly.

Divide the finished dough into equal portions of 30-40 grams each and shape them into balls. Take one ball and roll it out into a thin sheet, placing a tablespoon of the prepared filling onto one half of it. Fold the dough over, seal the edges tightly, and trim off the excess dough with a fluted knife. Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and place it over heat.

Place the chebureki into the boiling oil; they should be half-submerged in the oil.
