
Chebureki with sour cream
Description
It goes perfectly with tea and coffee. For making chebureks you can use not only chicken mince, but any other. In it, besides salt and ground pepper, you can also confidently add chopped onion. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Crack the egg into a bowl, add salt, pour in the water, and spoon in the sour cream.

Stir, add flour.

Knead the dough by hand.

Add salt and ground pepper to the minced meat. Mix everything well.

Divide the dough into pieces.

Roll each piece out well with a rolling pin and spread a little meat filling.

Fold the cheburek in half. First seal the edges by hand, then with a fork.
