Chebureki on kefir

Description

Delicious baked goods for the whole family. I've been searching for a long time for a recipe for quick and juicy chebureki, and now I'm happy to share it with everyone. The dough made with this recipe turns out soft and elastic, requiring no lengthy preparation. The secret to the juicy filling is placing a small piece of butter into each cheburek. I use pork mince, but it can be replaced with chicken or beef. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
