Description

The pastry is made simply and quickly. Many recall how delicious chebureks were in the USSR. The dough is thin, crispy, and must have bubbles. I suggest frying exactly such chebureks. Vodka is essential for the dough, and for the filling use pork and onion.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Sift the flour into a container, add the salt there, and mix.

    Knead a soft yet firm dough. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
