Chebureki made from boiled dough with vodka

Many people love chebureki, but not everyone knows that they can be served with tea or coffee.

    Prepare the choux pastry. Pour 1 cup of very hot water (almost boiling) into 1 cup of flour, mix thoroughly.

    Add 1 egg, salt, sugar, vegetable oil, vodka, the remaining water, and the cooked dough to the flour.

    Knead an elastic dough and cover it with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.

    Add the minced onion, ice water, salt, and pepper to taste to the meat mixture.

    Then divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll each part into a sausage shape and cut into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin flatbread.
