Description
For the filling you will need soy texturates shaped like minced meat. To give it flavor, you can use ready‑made spice blends, for example, “for meat” or “for mince”. The main thing is that they suit your taste. Below I will explain in more detail. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a large bowl, mix water, flour, salt, and oil. Knead the dough. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Mix the soy mince with spices and salt, pour boiling water over it and let it soak.

Finely chop the onion and sauté it over medium heat until translucent.

Add the soy mince to the onion. Fry it until all the water has evaporated.

Take out the dough. Pinch off a piece about the size of a chicken egg and roll it thinly. On one side, place two tablespoons of soy mince.

Pour oil into the pan to a depth of 2–3 mm. Heat over medium heat. Fry the chebureks for 3–4 minutes on each side.
