Chebureki
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Chebureki are a favorite food of many men. How do you cook them so they're juicy and crispy? Chebureki dough can be made with beer, water, or milk. Store-bought ready-made dough will work too, but it's better to make it yourself. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Mix the ground pork and ground beef. It's much more convenient to do this with a mixer than by hand.
- 2
Step 2
Add cilantro, parsley, green onion, salt, ground pepper, and milk.
- 3
Step 3
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add enough oil to completely coat the bottom of the pan.

Step 4
Take a flatbread and place the meat on it, leaving empty borders (about 3 cm). Next, moisten the edges of the dough with water to make it easier to fold the flatbread. Press the sides together and seal them with a fork. Then flip it over and secure the flatbread on the other side as well.

Step 5
Fry for about 3 minutes on each side over medium heat. After that, place the chebureki between paper towels. This will help remove excess oil.
