Instructions

Step 1

1. Pour water, milk, and vegetable oil into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- 2
Step 2

2. Add a glass of sifted flour and mix.
- 3
Step 3

3. Add the egg and salt. Mix, then continue adding flour to form a firm dough.
- 4
Step 4

4. Roll the finished dough into a ball and let it rest while you prepare the filling.
- 5
Step 5

5. For the filling, I recommend using meat from thighs and drumsticks instead of fillet, as it will be juicier. Peel the onion and garlic.
- 6
Step 6

6. Pass the chicken and vegetables through a meat grinder (you can use a blender), add salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.
- 7
Step 7

7. Mix thoroughly and add a little cold water. That's it, the filling is ready too.
- 8
Step 8

8. Roll out the dough on the work surface and cut out a circle. Place the filling on one half.
- 9
Step 9

9. Carefully fold and crimp the edges using a fork.
- 10
Step 10

10. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan until very hot. Place the chebureki in the pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- 11
Step 11

11. Place the ready chebureki in a colander or on a paper towel to reduce the amount of fat.
