Cut the pork into small thin pieces (about 3 cm long and 1 cm thick), add wine. Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Then add 50 ml of water and cook for another 7-8 minutes over medium heat, uncovered. Next, add the oil, increase the heat, and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring, over high heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and a little more oil. Cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Then add the thinly sliced mushrooms, stir. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and cook for another 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add finely chopped tomatoes to the pot. Mix, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then add 50 ml of water and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add finely chopped garlic, thinly sliced chili pepper, adjika, and vinegar. Mix and cook over low heat, uncovered, for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve hot.
