Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making lamb chashushuli. Peel and rinse the onion, garlic, and peppers. Wash the tomatoes.

Wash the lamb, dry with a paper towel, and cut into medium pieces. Pour vegetable oil into a cauldron and heat over high heat. Add the meat and fry, stirring, until a light crust forms.
