
Chanakhi in pots with beans
Description
The recipe won't take much time. First, sauté the onion, carrots, mushrooms, and ground meat in a skillet. Then place these ingredients along with the remaining ones into baking dishes, add canned beans, and pour sauce over the top. Bake in the oven for about an hour. Serve hot.

To prepare the dish, take a carrot and grate it on a grater.

Dice the onion.

Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and remove the bones.

Mix the meat with spices and fry in vegetable oil.

Place the fried meat into the pots, 3-4 tablespoons per pot.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil.

Add the carrots.

To the meat in the casserole, add sliced potatoes.

Fry the dry flour in vegetable oil. Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring. Add tomato juice (½ cup). Reduce slightly. Add the remaining juice and 500 ml of water. Whisk everything with a whisk, stirring and breaking up lumps. This gives you a sauce. Salt to taste and add spices.

Place canned beans into the pot. Pour sauce over them.

Bake the covered casserole in the oven for about 1.5 hours. Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
