
Chanakhi with beans and mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Prepare the pots, vegetables, and your favorite meat. Chanhaki can be served both on weekdays and for holidays. Serve hot.

Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Remove the bones. Mix the meat with salt and spices. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the skillet. Sear the meat on all sides.

Place the meat into the pots.

Peel the potatoes. Cut into small pieces (large pieces will take longer to cook) and place on top of the meat.

Fry chopped onion and carrot in vegetable oil. Place the sautéed mixture into baking pots.

Sauté the sliced mushrooms and also add them to the pots.

Fry the flour in vegetable oil. Add tomato paste and mix.

Pour water into the resulting mixture. Bring to a boil. Stir well, breaking up lumps. The sauce should become smooth and uniform. Season with salt and pepper, add spices. Turn off the heat. Add 2-3 tablespoons of cooked beans to each casserole dish. Pour sauce into each dish until it reaches the level of the ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake the covered pots for about 1.5 hours. Serve.
