
Chanakhi with beans

Wash the meat and pat it dry. It's preferable to choose lean pork. Remove any membranes and tendons, then cut into equal pieces. Add salt, pepper, and spices to the meat, mix well, and distribute evenly among the pots.

Peel the onion and wash it. Slice it into half-rings and place on top of the meat in the pots.

The beans should be boiled in slightly salted water in advance. To speed up cooking, soak the beans in cold water overnight. Place the cooked beans into the pots as well.

Scrape the carrot with a knife and wash it thoroughly. Cut it into 0.5 cm thick rounds. Distribute the carrot pieces into the pots. Add one bay leaf to each pot.

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Distribute the cut potatoes into the pots. Dilute tomato paste in water and evenly pour the resulting mixture into each pot. Add 25 ml of wine to each dish and drop in two peppercorns. Place the pots in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for forty minutes.

While the pots are baking, prepare the herb and garlic mixture. Finely chop the peeled garlic, add chopped herbs and hot red pepper. Ten minutes before the dish is fully cooked, distribute the mixture among the pots. Serve hot with sour cream.
