
Georgian-style chakapuli
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. If you collect national recipes from different countries, don't forget about this one. Chakapuli is a hearty and delicious stew made with large pieces of meat (preferably beef, veal, or lamb). It is cooked in a large amount of liquid and served with plenty of sauce. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Wash the meat and cut it into 2x2 cm pieces. Wash and finely chop the green onion. Place the meat in a cauldron, add salt and pepper, and mix.

Add green onion and tarragon leaves to the meat, pour in wine and water (broth). Cover the pot with a lid and place in a preheated oven at 165 degrees, cook for 1.5 hours.

Meanwhile, wash the potatoes and slice them into rounds about one centimeter thick, and mince the garlic. Add the vegetables and the remaining herbs to the pot, cover with a lid, and return to the oven for half an hour.

After the required time, remove the pot, adjust the seasoning to taste. Serve the dish hot.
