Lamb Chakapuli
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Although some Georgian dishes are quite popular here and many home cooks prepare them often, I personally tried "Chakapuli" for the first time only in Georgia). Now I'll tell you about it. Serve hot.

We wash the meat and dry it. Cut it into large pieces. Place the meat into a large pot, alternating it with herbs and pepper.

Next, add "Tkemali" to taste and simmer the dish over low heat for about three hours. At the end, you can optionally add minced garlic.
