
Tea cake
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. Even a child can prepare this pie under parental supervision. There's absolutely nothing complicated here—just mix the ingredients in the right proportions and bake the cake. If desired, you can cut the tea cake into two layers and fill it with jam; it will be very delicious. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

First, add sugar to the tea and stir well until the sugar dissolves completely. You should get a rich syrup.

Now add the eggs, vegetable oil, and baking soda or baking powder to the mixture. Mix everything until smooth and uniform.

Now it's time for the flour. Add it in parts and knead the dough. It should turn out thick and elastic, but don't overdo it with the flour. Add slightly crushed walnuts to the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the baking form with vegetable oil. Pour the batter into the form and bake the cake for 40–45 minutes. Serve cooled.
