Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. If the apple is of a sour variety, choose sweet wine, and vice versa. You can also choose spices and seasonings according to your taste.
- 2
Step 2

First of all, boil water in a kettle or pot and pour the boiling water over the tea. You can use either loose-leaf tea of any flavor or tea bags.
- 3
Step 3

Wash the fruits in water, remove the core from the apple and pear, then cut them into small cubes together with the orange. Place the chopped fruit into a cauldron or pot.
- 4
Step 4

Add raspberries, bay leaves, ground cinnamon, star anise, and any other spices to your taste.
- 5
Step 5

Pour in any wine of your choice, but preferably red. You can also use white — the taste of the drink won't suffer!
- 6
Step 6

Pour in the brewed tea and place the container on the stove. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for exactly 3 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Cover with a lid and let it steam for 5 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

Pour the hot mulled wine into glasses or cups, serve at the table, providing wide straws. Enjoy your meal!
