    Pour the isomalt into a thick-bottomed saucepan and begin heating over medium heat. To speed up the process, you can gently stir it with a silicone spatula, but not too vigorously.

    The isomalt should become liquid and transparent. At this stage, you can add liquid food coloring. If the coloring is in powder form, it should be mixed in before heating the isomalt.

    Prepare a silicone mold in advance. They don't necessarily have to be hemispheres—you can use other molds of suitable size. Fill each hemisphere slightly more than halfway with hot isomalt and rotate the mold to spread the isomalt into a thin layer along the mold's walls. It's best to pour directly from a pitcher. Repeat this with all remaining cavities.

    Leave the silicone mold for about 15–20 minutes to allow the isomalt to set properly. Then carefully remove the hemispheres. I made half of them transparent and colored the other half with red food coloring.

    To smooth the edges of the hemispheres, heat a pan over medium heat. Press the edges of the hemisphere against the pan and gently rotate to melt any irregularities.

    Level half of the hemispheres, then fill them with loose-leaf tea and dried strawberries.

    Then melt the remaining hemispheres and, while still hot, immediately attach them to the first halves. While the isomalt is still hot, you can also decorate the bombs by attaching pieces of strawberry or tea leaves on top.
