Pine cone tea
Description
The best time to collect pine cones for this tea is the end of May to the beginning of June, when small green cones appear on the branches. These are the most beneficial and aromatic. This tea is excellent for supporting your body after winter, when natural vitamins are scarce. Add the pine cone tea to a teapot with brewed tea, using 3 tablespoons per 200 milliliters of prepared tea. You can drink this tea no more than 2-3 times a day.
