Raspberry and lemon balm tea
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Raspberry and lemon balm tea is a very healthy beverage that refreshes and invigorates. I especially love this tea for its taste and pleasant aroma. By the way, lemon balm has many beneficial properties. For instance, it's known to have a calming effect and thus helps relieve melancholy. In short, my recipe will show you how to turn ordinary tea into a wonderful raspberry and lemon balm tea. Let's get started. 1. Pour a glass of water and a glass of sugar into a saucepan and place over heat. As soon as the syrup begins to bubble, add clean, dry raspberry berries and washed, dried lemon balm leaves (without stems). Set aside a couple of lemon balm leaves for garnish. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, then remove from heat and let cool. 2. Brew tea using 9–10 glasses of water and tea bags. 3. Add the raspberry, sugar, and lemon balm syrup to the tea, removing the tea bags first. 4. The tea is ready! If you prefer iced tea, cool it down, add the juice of one lemon, and let it steep for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Serve with ice. Stay healthy and enjoy! The drink is ready to serve.
