Raspberry branch tea for colds
Description
Raspberry branches, like the berries and leaves, contain salicylic acid and have fever-reducing, diaphoretic, and anti-inflammatory properties. They help prevent blood clot formation and normalize blood pressure. Drink this tea warm, half a cup 3-4 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. This tea can be consumed by both adults and children. You can use fresh branches for tea or prepare them for winter by drying in a dry, dark place.
