Blueberry leaf tea
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. It's best to collect young branches far away from roads and cities. You can store the leaves for later use and brew this healthy tea throughout the year. If using fresh leaves, use 3 tablespoons per 600 ml of water and steep for 30 minutes. However, keep in mind that this is still a herbal ingredient, and it's not recommended to drink it every day.
