Tea: 3 recipes
Description
Tea brewed with fresh mint has a mild flavor and a refreshing, calming effect, with a slight tingling sensation on the tongue. I prefer to drink mint tea without sugar, as its delicate taste is more pronounced that way. Cardamom tea is extremely beneficial and also very pleasant in flavor. Hibiscus tea (also known as Sudanese rose or karkade) can be enjoyed both hot and chilled. This drink has a pleasant sweet-and-sour taste and quenches thirst wonderfully.
