Description

The recipe won't take much time. If you want to make the dish as close to the original as possible, be sure to use plenty of fresh herbs and spices. In this case, it's chakhokhbili made with chicken thighs, but you can use any other parts. This is an excellent option for a main dish at lunch or dinner. By the way, if you don't like spicy food, you can easily make a milder version by omitting the red pepper. Serve hot.

    1. Prepare a sauté pan or a skillet with high sides and a thick bottom. Add a little vegetable oil and place over medium heat. Wash and dry the chicken, cut it into large pieces, and transfer to the pan. Sear on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
