Prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the tomatoes and dry them, optionally removing the skins. Cut the tomatoes and transfer them to the blender container. Blend at high speed until the tomatoes turn into a puree.

Peel the onion, rinse and dry. Slice the onion into half-rings.

Remove the skin and bone from the chicken steaks, season the chicken with salt, pepper, dry adjika, and add a little dry garlic.

Heat the pan, grease with oil, and add the onion. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the chicken to the fried onions and sauté for a couple of minutes.
