
Duck Chakhokhbili
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. To make duck chakhokhbili, cut the duck into pieces and sear it in a dry skillet. Slice the onion into half-rings and sauté in vegetable oil. Then add the meat, peeled and sliced tomatoes, pepper, water, and vinegar. Simmer covered for an hour after boiling. Ten minutes before completion, add spices, chopped herbs, and garlic. Serve hot with your favorite side dish. The finished dish is ready to be served.
