
Pork Chakhokhbili
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here's a simple recipe for pork chakhokhbili. For this dish, I used the following ingredients: pork, mushrooms, white wine, chili pepper, carrot, onion, garlic, potato, pumpkin, tomatoes, cauliflower, and olive oil. As seasoning, for example, Italian herbs work well. And of course, traditional salt and pepper are a must. Serve hot.

Rinse the pork and cut it into pieces. Then fry in a small amount of olive oil.

Add finely chopped onion and garlic to the meat. Fry for another 5 minutes, stirring.
