Description

The recipe won't take much time. We'll prepare chicken chakhokhbili with wine in a multicooker. Turn on the frying mode and place chicken pieces into the multicooker, sauté them with a couple of drops of vegetable oil. While the meat is frying, blend blanched peeled peppers and tomatoes, onion, and garlic in a blender. Add soy sauce, wine, and spices, then pour the resulting sauce over the meat and simmer for 45 minutes. Ten minutes before it's done, add chopped dill. Serve with boiled potatoes. Enjoy hot.

    Cut the chicken meat into small pieces. Instead of a whole chicken, you can use chicken fillet. Salt and pepper to taste.
