Chicken chakhokhbili with tomatoes
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Chicken chakhokhbili with tomatoes is a very tasty, aromatic, and juicy dish; no water, oil, or fat is used in its preparation. If your skillet allows, sear the chicken in a dry pan—it will release its own fat. The tomatoes should also be quite juicy, as they always are in Georgia. In winter, I always use tomatoes in their own juice. Good luck, and serve hot.
