Chicken chakhokhbili with zucchini
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Georgian cuisine is famous for chicken dishes and chakhokhbili. Being a national dish of Georgia, it is prepared in every household. You can use meat from any poultry, including chicken. For this recipe, I recommend sticking to the classic version and using chicken meat. And of course, garlic, fresh herbs, tomatoes, and don't forget the zucchini, which will add juiciness and tenderness to the finished dish. The traditional recipe includes plenty of spicy national seasonings and spices, but they might not suit everyone. Therefore, adjust the amount to your taste. Serve hot.
