Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It turns out amazingly simple and delicious! First, fry the chicken meat in a skillet until golden brown. Then add peeled chopped tomatoes and simmer together for 15 minutes. Separately, sauté the onion and add it to the meat; continue simmering for another 30 minutes. Then add spices and mix well. After 7 minutes, the dish will be ready. Serve chicken chakhokhbili with rice or mashed potatoes. The finished dish can now be served.
